reptile heating lamps

I have lamps that are used to heat reptile tanks from above. OSHA came through and wanted similar lamps eliminated. They are a two wire ungrounded and shows that the shields are live. Is there a grounded replacement heating lamp for critters? I haven't been able to locate any.

There must be some UL listed heat lights. Check the polarity of the supply to the light.
