Request guidance on Coke Breeze use for Grounding.

I'm doing a Project in Alaska in silty soil and I'm not expecting it to be amenable to grounding.
I need to put in a Grounding Counterpoise with 4 10' ground rods cad welded to 40' of 4/0 AWG
I'd like to use Coke Breeze and I believe that you place it around each ground rod?
If that is the case , how much coke breeze should I place around each ground rod?
Would a 50 pound pound bag work?

Whatever product you choose you would just follow the manufacturer's installation instructions. What kind of installations is this that it requires such an extensive grounding electrode?
