Required clearances for 12KV Feeders in RGD from other raceways above ground install

Can someone point me in the right direction of the code section which indicates the required spacing/clearances of 12KV feeders installed in Rigid conduit from other electrical raceways for 480v wiring in a commercial/aboveground wiring installation? I believe the green book requires 12", but the section in question is past the 'Point of service' connection point, and no longer under PG&E's scope. I'd like to confirm how close I can space it to other conduits/raceways.

There is no required spacing in the NEC for that application that I can think of.
