Hello,
Does the terminals of a UL-listed transformer (located in the feeder circuits) have to meet the through air- and over surface spacing of feeder circuit? or exist any exeption of this application?

For those of us unfamiliar with term "through air- and over surface spacing of feeder circuit" can you explain it?

Table 10.1 (Spacings in feeder circuit) of UL508A lists the required spacing between live parts of opposite polarity and grounded metal parts.
Do these requirements also apply to transformer terminals?

No.
Transformers are not listed under UL 508A. General purpose transformer are listed under UL 1561and control power ones under UL 506.
