required sw's dwellings

is a switch required at every doorway in dwellings?? I have not found any place that says 3-ways or four ways are required in dwelling applications, yes I know put them in, but are they required?? I AM REFERRING TO ROOMS WITH MORE THAN ONE DOORWAY ,DWELLINGS

Please read: 2002 NEC 210.70 Lighting Outlets Required.

There are several required locations for switches!
