Requirement for UL on Fiber??

Wauwatosa, Wi....Electrical Inspector says:"You need UL listing on your Fiber going into the buildings in this municipality." Have you heard of any code requirements for this? Thanks, Dave

If this job is north of North Ave. (Schwab's area), he does mean UL. None of the other testing labs count. The word on the street is that he works for UL somehow. I don't know all the details but it sounds like him.
