A faciltiy is installing a new standby diesel generator and transfer switch outside the facility. The existing service entrance conductors from the pad mount utility xfmr to the main swbd has three hots and a neutral. The new ATS is service entrance rated. If I relocate the pad mount xfmr and place my new ATS on top of the existing conduits, then under what conditions can I reuse the existing cable and conduits and not have to pull a ground?
