Requirements for MV cable routing in marine applications

Does anyone know if there is a specific NEC reference for routing of MV (5kV) cable in conduit on a dock or pier? Application is for ship to shore power with conduit routing being portion of system on land. Are there specific conduit/cable routing requirements for cable routing in marine applications?
 
Under the '17 NEC
555.4 Distribution System. Yard and pier distribution systems shall not exceed 1000 volts phase to phase
