Requirements for North Carolina Journeyman exam

I currently live in Rhode Island and am looking into relocating to North Carolina. I am currently an electrican apprentice under Rhode Island requirements. I have almost five years work experience and three years of schooling. I have gone on the North Carolina Department of Labor website and have emailed them asking what the requirements are to become a Journeyman and I still have not gotten a clear answer. If anyone could provide me with any information I would greatly appreciate it.

John, there is no statewide Journeyman licensing, it is done at local levels.
