Requirements of NEC 2014 section 680.54

I have fountain in ground permanently installed for aesthetic purpose only. The fountain does NOT share water common to pool.

The requirement of NEC 2014 section 680.54 is it same as NEC 2014 680.26(B) or is it different? If different then language is confusing. How so is it different?
