Please , I need clarification for any code regarding installation of power cables inside pump room . QUESTION: It is allowed to install upvc conduits for power cables under water trenches . please refer to any code for this matter.

upvc (RNC) is Article 352.
352.10 is Uses Permitted
352.12 is Uses NOT Permitted

The simple answer to your question is, yes.

You will need to check out 300.5 and 300.50.

What type of power cables were you planning on installing in this conduit??
