A section(about 50') of this conduit bank(3/4" and 1"..the 2" is being removed) needs to be raised up about 6" to accommodate new ceiling.

Is it only possible to cut these back to and run new conduit and wire? These would not be able ot be pushed(lol) up 6" ocrrect?

Without seeing the entire run it is hard to tell but you may be able to push the entire set up 6" except for where it comes down the wall.

I don't understand the goal. Which part needs to be moved which way? If it's the lower portion, what does the other end look like?

Mayhaps you can loosen some couplings and strut straps and roll the offsets to one side, maybe even raise the struts on the same rods.

Raising 6" you still have some pipes and an air duct that might object...
Unfasten the wires at one end, pull them out. Terminate the conduits just before the bend (junction box), run new, straight conduit through the mess of pipes &c to the other end. 2nd jct box at other end, re-thread wires.
Sounds simple!
