What is the classification of a residential garage? Haven't done residential for years, and decided to build my own garage. I want to run PVC underground from the panel in the garage to the house. Also want to run conduit from the gargae panel to various places underground in the garage.

As far as use and Occupancy classification? Per IBC section 312 "Group U"
