i have 4 story high 1- family condo like 50 ft high
and needs passenger elevator
what is HOrse power or wattage on 1- phase elevators
???????

If you don’t buy one, there is no need to wire it

depends on the type of machine
speed is 40 fpm typically
capacity 950 lbs

assume a mrl traction machine with 40% ocw and 60% eff

HP = (40 x 950 x (1-0.4/1))/(33000 x 0.6) = 1.15 use a 1.5 HP
worse case for a hydraulic or winding drum 2.5 HP

I'd run like 1" EMT from the panel to the elevator room. That should give you plenty of room put in whatever size wire you need.
