Thats for an emergency switch, that does not apply to single family... check out 680.42 and back track...

I'd love to just give you the answer, but if you dont learn it for yourself, kind of defeats the purpose of learning

Looking at 680.42, tells us to follow parts I and II of 680... sooooo.... check out part I and look for a disconnect means...
