Residential load calculation.

Could someone please clarify where the following loads would be placed in a residential load calculation.- Would these be subject to deration or have to be figured at the nameplate
at 100%?
EVC
Steam generator for steam shower
Hot tub
All electric pool heater

More and more the 2 utility providers in my area are asking for load calculations in determining what size service they will install. Prior times the contractor would just ask for a 100/200/400 amp service and that was that.
Makes a big difference in knowing where these loads actually belong per the NEC load calculation.

220.53 or220.82- 220.83 is a good start. Depending on standard or option method of calculation you're using. Take a look and hopefully it will help
