residential panel

Was told there is a 3 foot min. from floor when mounting a panel but no art. can be quoted I know the height is 6'7" to disconnect.I like to know if this true and what art.applies to min. height.Maybe this electrian is right.Thanks for any input.

The only mimimum height is for a mobile home
550.11 A 2 ft.As long as you have working cleances it`s all good

I've seen Ryco and Cutler Hammer switchgear that had panels installed 6" from the ground.
