Anyone care to throw out a price on this one?
200 amp service new construction on modular with full basement, vinyl siding. The panel (with existing circuits landed) is hanging from the trusses and needs to be mounted. 2" pvc from the meter into the ground for poco; 200 amp outdoor disc; about 75' ser cable to panel; two ground rods and about 100' #4 to water meter. Thanks.

Re: residential service pricing

I do these for about 1200-1500 bucks, if there's no digging involved. You've got about 3 hours saved already because the panel is already cut in and hanging there ready to mount.

I'm curious why the outdoor disconnect? I do quite a few of these modulars, and all the one's I've done seem to have a main breaker in the panel. Maybe that's a local rule or just your personal preference? EDIT... oh never mind. I just noticed that you've got 75' from the panel to the meter can. That might jack up my price 200 bucks or so. 200 amp SER is a little pricey, and if your preference is to fish it through bored holes in the joists, that can take a while.

Re: residential service pricing

If your talking about the service alone then I would say about 1800 - 2000, if you are talking about also tieing in the panel and the modular has two sections we start at $3000 which also includes wiring the basement for power, garage door openers and lighting.
