I found a very useful residential standard calculation calculator at the Mike Holt website when I clicked on the "free stuff" tab. Is there a commercial standard calculation calculator available?

There are too many variables when it comes to commercial calculations. In general, commercial calcs are much easier to perform than dwelling calcs anyway.
