Residential wet location

Resi. guys,
I have a rewire of a home whereas the branch Re-wiring for the receptacles would be prudent to install daisy chained from one opening to the next using NM-B under the home in a 18" space / void from the bottom of the floor to a concrete pad in which the entire home is raised above. The perimeter of the void is also CMU.
Is this a wet location?
Or shall I use NM-C?

Unless it is subject to rain or regular flooding conditions it is at worst a damp location, but most likely is a dry location.

I've decided that since I 've never seen actually NMC or NMS that it does not exist despite being in the code book.
