If I have feeder feeding single family dwelling feeding 200A panel and the feeder is sized #2/0 awg then can I have 200A breaker feeding that feeder or I would need 175A breaker feeding that feeder?

Nec allows feeders that carry the entire load of the home to be size at 2/0 cu with 200 amp breaker
