Is it permissible to install a 100 kVA DC power supply, with split +/- 50 V outputs, where the neutral point of that output is high resistance grounded instead of solidly grounded?

Why or why not?
 
Am I correct in understanding the Article 100 definitions that, because it doesn't say "solidly" in 250.162(B), that resistance grounding is permissible?
 
Interesting, OK, thanks very much. I will do some more reading and try to understand why that is. I appreciate your assistance with finding the right section to look at.
