I have resistance welder which has transformer. I researched that secondary of the transformer need to comply NEC 2014 Section 630.15. However I am little confuse by the language. Does 630.15 mean don’t provide grounding electrode conductor to earth and don’t provide equipment grounding conductor secondary of transformer? If not then what does it mean exactly?
