In Florida where in the Bussiness of Professional Regulation code does it state the responsibilities and liabilities of an Electricial Contractor ?. I have been told in many seminars that an electricial contractor is legally liable for all work he has performed as long as that work is in service. I have read the BPR regulations and can not find it. Thanks.
