celtic Senior Member Location NJ Jun 20, 2005 #1 I may have the opportunity to put a bid in on a restaurant...a Hoolihans/Friday's/Outback Steakhouse type of establishment. I haven't wired a restaurant in years - and have never bid on one before. Anyone have any tips/caveats for bidding this type of job?
