When an arc flash study has been completed and the labels have been posted on the equipment and a full year has past without any input to the
recommendions, corrections or improvements by the owners of the equipment, does this place any negativity on the studys results ?

The labels are fine unless something that has been done that will change the available fault current or an OCPD has been replaced with other than an identical replacement.
