Retractable Recessed Power Reel

Does anyone know if anybody manufactures a retractable recessed grid ceiling mounted power reel? This for use in a Hospital GI Lab. It would need to be hard wired above the ceiling.

I've never seen one. Could you get an architect to frame the ceiling grid around the reel?

Even if you could find one, I think this would bring up some article 517 issues - like wiring methods not being enclosed in a metal raceway.
