I have a customer that bought a property with a fiberglass in-ground pool that does not seem to be bonded anywhere. It has a concrete side walk that runs around the perimeter so there is no way to get at rebar or mesh or lay in a perimeter in-ground wire that will be close enough to the pool. Any suggestions on how to bond the walkway?

If you don't have a conductive pool shell you don't need to bond the shell, you do still need bonding of the perimeter surfaces, metallic components, the pool water, etc.

You could do a saw cut in the concrete and put the bare solid #8 in the cut, but you would need the approval of the AHJ first as this method is not provided for in 680.26.
