minimum configuration of service entrance conductors to feed a main distribution panel with a demand of 900 amps? I get 3 sets of 350kcmil.... Am I correct?

Generally yes, but I could change based on main ocus size ( if u have a single main)

What I mean to say is with a single main you size to the ocpd not the load.
