RGS and PVC Run

I have a run of RGS that transitions to PVC underground. This run would not be bonded because of the PVC correct?

If a wire type equipment ground is included in the run and the RGS properly bonded at the termination points, bonding would be accomplished.

The exception to 514.8 is a good example

As Augie stated the RMC would be bonded on one end which takes care of the bonding requirement for a metallic raceway. The EGC will bond the equipment on the other end.
