Ridgid 535, Oiler

The oiler isn't working on our 535. I can see oil pumping to the work area but not through the threading die as it should. We have looked for any clogs in the die or frame but can't find anything obvious. I've never used the 535 on a daily basis but have used them over the years and never seen this happen before. So far, I haven't found any Youtube videos about that issue.

Ideas?

maybe it’s not getting proper flow. Try scraping the fine material off the pic up tube filter.

Pump failing? It could be working enough to get oil up in an open line (no pressure) but with restriction of the oiler chambers into cutting head, the pump may not be up to the task.
