example is that A phase is drawing 95 amps,B phase is drawing 115 amps, and C phase is drawing 100 amps is a 200 amp panel large enough for this situation:-?
 
It sounds to me like a 115 amp panel would be large enough if that is non-continuous load or a 150 amp panel if they are continuous loads.
