Right wire?

Hi, I have a 200 amp service at the house and a 100 amp sub that basically runs the whole house, except for the solar panels which are using a 20amp double pole at the 200amp main, which means I have 80 amps not being used. the question is... Will the existing wire going from the main to the sub handle 150 amps?
