Does anyone know if there are any issues with using GRC compression couplings as opposed to using threaded couplings on a feeder that is 13k?

Not that I know of. Unless the job specs say otherwise. You could legally pull 13K feeders in EMT or PVC if all of the applicable code articles are followed.
