No. And IMO it's pretty silly to think otherwise. If you use a regular coupling there is no orientation to speak of.
 
They do manufacture stainless steel unistrut clamps though. The picture has an obvious code violation regarding use of non weather resistant fittings for an exterior location. NEC 300.6

Maybe. Is a strut strap required to be listed? Where does the nec require weather resistant fittings?

In most cases securement and support equipment are not required to be listed.

Code does require "Protection Against Corrosion and Deterioration" in 300.6 as macmikeman noted.

IMO, that strut strap was sold as galvanized and suitable (read: compliant). Whether it was cheaply coated or degraded by the installer or end user, or a combination thereof I do not know.
