Riser or One Line

Maybe it's the lines that look like floors that's throwing me off but this seems more like a riser than a one line although some of the equipment location is drawn in like a one line such as the utility manhole and transformer. It's obviously not on the 1st floor.

I never liked the riser diagram format for one-lines. Just because it has pipes doesn't mean it's a plumbing design. You can convey all that info on a proper one-line diagram that flows from top to bottom and left to right.

Looks like a riser on the left side of the dashed line. Panels LAB-basement, LA1-1st floor, LA-2 second floor.

That looks like a hybrid of both a one-line and a riser. I prefer a riser diagram to a one-line.
