Have a job with all 4". About 10,000' of each all run overhead( about 25') and on roof.

I assume it's important for the people doing the install to have installed this type and size conduit before? Wopuld it be more important for the PVC oated RGS or aluminum? I'd think the PVC coated.

PVC coated RGS is obviously more difficult than Aluminum and any coated conduit takes more effort but it's not rocket science.

The different tools and the extra care needed to prevent damage to the coating. Un-repaired damage points will corrode faster than conduit without the PVC coating.
