RMC quality

Was delivered a couple of sticks of 3" RMC for paralleled 600A service masts a couple of days ago and the insides looked kinda rough. One even had some obvious metal splinters that would have ripped insulations pretty good if I hadn't peeked inside first and filed them off.

Anyone else seen this kind of lousy quality or did I just get a couple of bummers. One was about 1/2" longer than the other too.

If you measure various lengths - even within the same bundles - you will find a difference in length. This seems to be more prevalent in the larger sizes (2" +)

You might also notice that factory 90's are rarely a "true" 90 and also that any given 2 90's may not even have the same lengths.
