#1 Does anywhere in the code does it say passing through a wall (concrete) is considered a strap or support and securely fastened?
#2 If I have a T body coming out of the T body do I need a strap with in 3ft on each pipe entering or exiting the body?

I have looked at the code specifically for the conduit body strapping and to me its vague. Any input is appreciated thank you!

See 344.30... strapped within 3ft of your conduit body(5 ft when allowed). Supported every 10

Is the wall patched around the conduit? If so yes it's supported and secured.

What do you mean by "a T body coming out of the T body" are there two conduit bodies?

Do you have code reference for the concrete question? Generally speaking i consider it oje but dont have a code reference.
And T body has 3 outs on it 2 on side one in middle so 3 pipes connect to one conduit body

I think i figured this out you must strap the pipe withing 3ft on all three sides via article 344. That being said there is alot of buzz about the 314.23(E) exception. The exception reads very poorly in my opinion however this is my interperetation.

So here we go.
I believe the exception is there because they have to clarify that conduit bodys generally dont come with holes for support or means to attach to a structure. And you physically cant as soon as you drill the hole in the condulet you have voided the UL listing on the body. So how are you suppose to support them it has to be via the pipe. So as long as your not using a fitting larger then the largest trade size pipe your using your allowed to support it via the conduit. That being said the conduit still has to be strapped within 3ft of all entry or exit points. For example you could not mount a conduit body without other means of support that is a 2 inch trade size condulet on a 1 inch pipe coming out of both sides. Then you must find a means of support outside of the pipe. However is you have a 1 inch pipe and a 1 inch body you may use the pipe to support the condulet but you must still support within 3 ft. The exception is only there for conduit bodys because there is no legal way to support them as they dont come with holes and drilling a hole voids the UL.

There are very few code references as to how to support a raceway. It's up to the inspector to decides if the raceway is properly secured and supported. Is a plastic anchor, screw, and one hole strap attached to Sheetrock acceptable? Most will say yes but you wont find that in the NEC.

Regarding the conduit body you're correct that section is terrible. We discussed this recently and here's my opinion in post #3:

This is how I understand it as well.....except the part about drilling holes voiding the listing; not sure about that.
