This is an excerpt from an e-mail I just received from mikeholt.com.

This is a message regarding your subscription to Mike Holt's newsletters.

For the past several months, your Road Runner affiliate has universally blocked all newsletters we have attempted to send you. Attempts by us to resolve this matter directly with Road Runner corporate have proved futile - they have yet to respond to a single email.

As a result, you are one of hundreds of people no longer able to receive the newsletters you subscribed to. Also, if you're a code forum member, you are unable to retrieve a password into the forum or change any of your settings because the confirmation email sent to you by the forum will, as well, be denied by your Road Runner affiliate server before ever reaching you.

They suggest I contact customer service and register a complaint which I intend to do. Has anyone else experienced this?
