Hello,
I am desperately looking for some information about the robustness of a typical load center MCB like Square-D QO and QOB.
The problem is, that you find a lot of information regarding mechanical and/or electrical lifetime, withstand against shock and vibration or even chemicals.
But I could not find information regarding e.g.:
- Max. force that can be applied to the toggle
- Required strength for the MCB housing (in case of cracking)
- UV resistance
- Moisture resistance
- etc.

I need these details for a kind of research.
Maybe there is something written in the standards or in the manuals of some MCB suppliers. But due to the fact that I do not live in the US (sorry for my faulty English)
it is hard for me to get all these details.
It would be great I someone can support me with information, links, downloads, whatever?.

Thanks guys.

My suggestion is to contact the manufacturers directly and get in touch with engineering.
Siemens, GE and Square-D(Schneider) all have websites and contact info. Google can be huge assett in tracking down this type of info/data. Good luck with your quest.
