Why would a CT circuit be wired like this? How would readings be accurate? And wouldn't the CTs just saturate trying to measure current?

How likely is this? The common ratings I have seen are 5A or 1A.Maybe the ammeters are not rated for 5 amps? The effective CT ratio is 2000:3.125
The current through the primaries of the three auxilliary CT's will be the same because they are in series with each other and have no other connection to them. And so the three ammeters would read the same.
