"Rolling" Aux CT Circuit

I am curious as to the why myself.

The CTs won't saturate any more than a normal CT circuit; current is still limited by the primary being measured. 2000A on phase A means 5A from CT A, means 3-1/8A after the aux CTs.

The first CT circuit is wired in delta, so that current on any phase is picked up by all 3. Confusing...

The current through the primaries of the three auxilliary CT's will be the same because they are in series with each other and have no other connection to them. And so the three ammeters would read the same.
mbrooke, was there anything more connected to this other than what you showed?

In this circuit, just this.
