Romex in conduit

My question is can you run romex in PVC conduit if its exposed in outside?
I'm reading article 334.12 A exception: What is type 1 and type 2 construction?

In regard to your 1st question, look at 334.12(B)(4) and 300.5(B) and 300.9 ..
The result is no Romex in a conduit in a wet or damp location.
