Romex through conduit without bushings

Some coworkers of mine ran Romex through a short sleeve of PVC in a concrete chase between floors. Problem is they did not include bushings on the pipe. I am not worried about it as they reamed the pipe but not sure if inspector will care. Normally I would redo but this was a long run on tall ladder to a pain to pull out. Thoughts? Code reference for when bushings are required? Thanks

Generally speaking, the cable sheath acts as a layer of protection.

Probably could slit one of these. I know Home Depot carries them, but their website sucks.
