Romex uses

I know I can't use romex in a building over 3 stories above grade but where in the NEC does it say this?
Can I use romex in the commercial kitchen of a multi-dwelling?

Check out 334.10, this gives the uses permitted also check out 334.12, this is uses not permitted.
