If those feeder conductors carry the entire load then they can sized at 83% of the OCPD {310.15(B)(7)}. #2 Al is good for 90 amps with 75° C terminals so it is large enough to cover the 83% minimum.

I second what infinity said, with emphasis on it must carry the entire load of a dwelling unit.
And if supplying a main lug only panel we are presuming there is a 100 amp OCDP ahead of this conductor.
