A hotel has guest rooms defined as dwelling units. Each unit is fed from a 100amp breaker. A 125amp 120/208 single phase main lug panel with a 75 degree C rating is located in each unit. The calculated load is 67amps. Can this panel be fed with an aluminum #2-2-2-4 XHHW-2 SE cable? The building is 3 story stick built. Note: Using table 310-15(b)(6) of the 2005 NEC code. Does the applied voltage disallow this?

Yes, that table is only permitted for use with a single phase 120/240 volt feeder. You would need to use a 90 amp OCPD for #2 AL.
