Rope lighting

There was a thread a while ago about rope lighting or such. It was stated that the rope lighting has lost it's UL rating. I cannot find the thread and was wondering if anyone had a link to proof that the listing was pulled from these lights. Does anyone still use these anyway?

What a pita. we put them atop decorative moulding in master bedrooms way too often

I have put them in open kitchen cabinets many times in the past. The previous owner of my home put 'em in my cabinets.

Yes that's it, thanks Cavie. Precut pieces kind of make it hard to install in kitchen cabinets.
