We installed a rotophase as follows:
1. Power Feed from a 230VAC/1PH panelboard 2-Pole breaker.
2. Three phase Fused Disconnect on load side.
3. High Level Float to tell the Roto to turn on.
4. Contact from Roto to say that it is running as a permissive to start the motor. This usually has an adjustable time delay (15sec or so).
5. Low Level Float to shut down
