HI.
I WAS WONDERING HOW ARE MOST OF YOU ROUGHING IN EXTERIOR FIXTURES WHEN THE EXTERIORS WALLS ARE BUILT OF METALS STUB WITH BRICK FACE. aRE YOU JUST USING A MASONRY BOX, HAVING IT SET BY THE BRICK LAYER THAN ENTERING WITH MC CABLE WHEN THE SPEC ALLOWS FOR MC CABLE.?
 
Yes. I hang a masonry box for the mason to install around the brick. BTW- please don't use caps-- it is construed as yelling
 
On some of the "low cost" jobs, where the exception of 314.27 can be used, the E/Cs will use a non-metallic device box.
